Well, one season down, and 3 more to go. Travis had an outstanding year as a true freshman at SJSU.  Not only was he in the first play of the season (special teams - on the kickoff) but he played in every game and started 4. While his stats weren't outstanding (yet), he did have 2 sacks, a number of hurries, 2 fumble recoveries, and 18 tackles. You can find his SJSU roster information here and his team stats page here.

This spring, he is working out with the first team defense under the guidance of ex 49ers great Bryant Young.  Spring football is here and you can get all the details by clicking here (make sure you get the April 22nd game on your schedule.)  The 2010 football season schedule is here.

And while they may not have had a great season in 2009, SJSU has three players headed to the NFL draft (just like they did last year).
