Travis has signed a letter of intent with San Jose State University. We thank all the colleges and universities that contacted Travis and encouraged him to attend their respective institutions. His final decision was difficult as there were many excellent opportunities offered.

The whole process of getting a scholarship at a college is much more complex then we had thought. There are many things that parents (and students) can do, starting as early as their freshman year. 

It is better to start these processes early, even if you are not sure that the child will be scholarship material by the time they are a senior.  A child who initially appears to be too undeveloped to play even on a junior varsity team may grow substantially enough to be an awesome athelete by his senior year.

We will try to add more information about the processes and resources that we found useful over the upcoming months.
